Manage Users




Edit Access Rights and Permissions

Permissions allow or prevent access to specific modules, or functions within a module.
Within the user profile select "Edit Access Details"


Account Suspension

User accounts that have been suspended, will be automatically logged out of all devices, and future login will be prevented. Accounts can later be re-activated. This will resume the account with the previous permissions and user history.
An email will be sent to the user to reactivate their account with a new password.


Create Users

Enter the information as appropriate in  User Management 
Select save, and an email shall be sent to the email address provided. The user can the activate their account using a One Time Passcode, and register a password.


Permissions

Permissions are what allows a user to access certain modules, and carry out certain functions. They are custom to each module, and can be customised dependant on the level of granular control your organisation requires. As standard most modules will have a view and edit permission.
View - Provides the menu item within their menu bar, and allows access to entries within that module.
Edit - Provides view access and allows edit mode to be activated.
