AirOS Co-Pilot

Within the Document Control Module, AirOS Co-Pilot can assist users by;
  • Importing documentation, extracting relevant data and creating Master Documents and Revisions
  • Provide summaries and insights in to attachments


Importing

Once a file has been uploaded, AirOS Co-Pilot will analyse the document and populate the fields it believes are relevant.
These may be unpopulated or incorrect, therefore no changes are made until you select Save.

  • Select the Master Document you wish to create a revision of
  • If a relevant Master Document doesnt exist, select "New Document"
Check and Correct;
  • Document Ref # (incorrect here)
  • Document Title
  • Document Description
  • Author
  • Document Type
  • Revision # (Not set here)
  • Tags
  • Status
  • Dates

Select Save, and the document will be saved against the master document selected (or created if not set)


Document Guide

A document guide is available within Document Revisions. Providing a summary of the contents of the document and highlighting Key Topics within the document.
