Entries

Entries are individual records contained within a Module.
They may be:
  • Documents and Revisions within the Document Control Module
  • Aircraft within the Aircraft Module
  • Components in the Configuration Module

The fields available within each entry differ between modules and the configuration, which is unique to individual organisations.

Common Fields

Status

Status is always available in the Properties panel.
In 'View Mode', the status can be selected to view other status's available.
In 'Edit Mode', the status of the selected Entry can be altered.

Reference Number

Each document has a reference number. This could be a document reference, an aircraft registration or a part number.
This reference can be modified in edit mode, and is generally found at the top of the main entry panel;

Dates

Any date fields available within an entry will be found in the Properties panel.
In 'Edit Mode', selecting the date will allow a change of the field.

Footer Fields

Footer fields are reserved for key information regarding the entry such as....
They can be found in the footer of the Main Entry Panel.
In 'Edit Mode', selecting the field allows selection of the appropriate value or input of a value.


Sharing

Selecting the share icon, next to the 'Edit Mode' controls, provides a simple method of sharing the current entry.
Users can either share the URL in the share panel or scan the QR code.
Users must have an active AirOS account with the organisation to access the link or QR link

A QR scanner is available for any device with a camera. Scanning an AirOS QR code will take the user to the related entry.
