Installing AirOS

AirOS is a web application that doesn't require installation. However, the software can be installed locally, which allows for faster load times, optional desktop notifications and an offline mode for when an internet connection is not available.

You do not need to install AirOS to use it

Installing AirOS bring benefits such as;
- Faster loading times
- Optional notifications
-Offline mode


Installing on Desktop

AirOS is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) and can be installed from your web browser.
Despite PWAs being broadly standardised, the installation process is dependent on your browser. For instance, in Chrome, the application can be installed from the site by clicking the Settings menu to the right of the Address Bar and selecting Add to Homescreen.

Installing on IOS

For Share Resource instances of AirOS, the app is available for iOS. As well as the application itself, the iOS version includes a homescreen widget that can provide rapid access to fleet status, including Operational or AOG status.


First Login

You must be invited by an appropriately authorised administrator for your organisation to receive a login.
To log in, you'll first need an invite to the application from an appropriately authorised administrator from your organisation. The invite will include a One-Time Passcode which allows the creation of a new account.
Click the link in the email and select Create Account from the site. Enter the supplied passcode and then create your own password that will be used for subsequent logins. Remember a password should be easy to remember but hard to guess.

We do not restrict the complexity of passwords, as we know how frustrating it is to change your password every 6 weeks, or require special characters that you cannot remember.
Passwords must be longer than 6 digits.
